My name is Nekia Ivory, MPH, and I founded All Around Health Agency LLC because I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, independence, and purpose.

With more than a decade of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, older adults, and vulnerable populations, I've built my career around compassionate, person-centered care. As a Director of Social Services, Adult Protective Services Investigator, Designated Crisis Responder, and Public Health professional, I've seen firsthand how the right support can transform lives.

As a graduate of the University of Washington with a Master of Public Health, I also believe in advancing care through research. I co-authored a study published in the Journal of Adolescent Health that highlighted the need for stronger, evidence-based health interventions for youth in juvenile facilities, particularly Black and Brown youth.
